As many of you have noticed, your accounts are no longer accessible. Our team cares deeply for our fans, which is why we have some big changes to announce!
We are thrilled to share with you the exciting changes to the BOOM! Studios webstore! We believe these changes will improve your customer experience. The goal of the BOOM! Studios webstore is to provide you with access to our current releases, exciting and exclusive products you can’t find anywhere else, and most importantly, to provide you with world class customer care.
In addition to offering all of our hottest new releases, including those hard-to-find variant covers, we’ll be dropping BOOM! Studios Limited Edition Exclusives on a weekly basis. We’ll announce some of these products in advance and others will come in the form of surprise releases, so be sure to stay tuned to our Twitter and Instagram and sign up for our newsletter. On the weeks we do not have a new product drop, you can expect to see special sales and promotions.
Behind the scenes, we’ve redesigned our webstore to run on Shopify, a trusted e-commerce platform, that will provide a more seamless and easy-to-use experience. You will need to create a new account if you haven’t done so already to shop on the store. Additionally, moving forward, BOOM! Studios will be handling all customer care issues directly. This way you know that when you reach out to us with a concern, you’ll receive a response directly from Ashley and Jose, who are dedicated BOOM! Studios team members. Lastly, we’re working with new fulfillment partners who have decades of experience. Working hand-in-hand with them to refine our packing and shipping methods and ensure your comics, books, and other items arrive in great shape for your collection.
